I tried Lean With Lilly because I was hoping the trainer would actually push me a bit and keep me going, but it felt flat. The workouts themselves were fine, nothing terrible, but I didn’t feel motivated or like I was getting much support. After a few days I just stopped opening it. What made it more annoying was getting those canned apology-type responses that don’t really address anything. Overall, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Chasing Support Was a Pain"
I reached out to Lean With Lilly because I had an issue with my account, getting help felt like pulling teeth. I sent a message, waited several days, then had to follow up again myself, which was just extra work I really didn’t need.
When you’re paying for something, you shouldn’t have to keep chasing basic support. I never got a proper answer, and the whole thing made their customer service feel pretty much nonexistent. I wouldn’t use it again unless they seriously improve how they respond to people.

The whole thing felt a bit sketchy to me. I reached out to support because I had concerns, and instead of actually helping, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for being cautious. I wouldn’t feel comfortable risking my money here.

"Results didn’t really last tbh"
I stuck with it for a while and did lose a little at first, but it was kinda hard to keep up with. Once life got back to normal, the results didn’t really stick. It felt more like a quick short-term push than something I could actually do long term, lol. Not really worth it for me tbh.

The people in the community seem nice overall, but it’s not super active. Sometimes I’d post something and feel a little pressured or anxious waiting for a reply, since responses can be slow. It’s okay, just not as lively as I expected.

"Felt stuck trying to find my plan"
I kept going in circles through the menu and still couldn’t find my plan. It was frustrating because something that should’ve been simple ended up making me realize how much clear navigation matters when you’re just trying to manage your account

"Not as smooth as I expected"
I’ve tried using leanwithlilly.com a few different times now, and it hasn’t been as smooth as I expected. I figured it would be straightforward since it’s a paid service, but the pages can be slow, the videos freeze up, and I’ve randomly been logged out more than once.
It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get into a workout and not deal with tech issues. I did reach out to support, but nothing really got fixed, so after a while I just stopped trying

Trying to cancel was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. I reached out to support hoping for a quick fix, but the whole experience felt impersonal, like I was just a ticket number being passed along. Not the worst service ever, but definitely frustrating...
"Not really beginner friendly"
I bought this because it said it was beginner friendly, but the moves got too hard way too fast. I felt lost almost right away, and it made me lose trust in the description. If something is labeled for beginners, I expect it to actually be doable for beginners.

I wasn’t sure how much I’d get out of it at first, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The workouts are solid, easy to follow, and for the monthly price, it really does feel like a good value overall

"Not as personalized as I expected"
I was expecting a plan that actually felt tailored to me, but it came across basic. The questions didn’t go deep enough, and the final result felt like something that could’ve been handed to pretty much anyone.
I also couldn’t tweak things the way I wanted, which got frustrating fast. For the price, I figured it would feel a lot more personal and flexible. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely disappointing.
"Some decent workouts, but the video quality let me down"
I tried a handful of the workouts, and I guess the actual exercises seemed okay, maybe even good if the videos were easier to watch. But the quality kept bugging me. It would look blurry here and there, and the audio didn’t always line up right, which made it harder to follow than it should be. For something I’m paying for, I expected it to feel a lot more polished. I wanted to like it, but I don’t think I’ll keep using it.

I was interested in trying it out, but the pricing was kind of confusing before signing up. I had to click around way too much just to figure out what I’d actually be charged, which made me wonder if there were going to be extra fees or surprises later. The workouts themselves might be totally fine, but the cost should be much clearer upfront.

I tried the workouts for about a month, i didn’t feel much of a difference. They felt a little basic and repetitive to me, so I’m not sure if I was missing something or if it just wasn’t the right fit. For the price, it didn’t really feel worth it for me.

I used it for a few weeks and, quickly, I just assumed I had already seen most of what it had to offer. The programs started feeling really similar, and I got bored faster than I expected. It might work for some people, but for me there just wasn’t enough variety to keep me interested...

"Way too fast for me"
I wanted to like these workouts, but I just couldn’t keep up. Everything moved so quickly that I barely had time to switch positions, let alone check my form. I kept having to pause the video over and over, which got frustrating fast. I also tried reaching out with my concern, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. Maybe this pace works for some people, but for me it ended up feeling more stressful than helpful.

"Thought it’d be simpler"
I signed up assuming it would be easy home workouts with little to no equipment. Quickly, I realized a lot of the sessions needed dumbbells, bands, or other bits I just don’t have lying around. Maybe I should’ve checked more closely first, but I kind of figured it would be beginner-friendly from the start. It got frustrating fast because I couldn’t follow the plan properly. Probably not the best choice if you’re new and don’t already have equipment.
